Our standard

No vague adjectives.

“Good condition” means nothing on its own. Here is exactly what each of our four grades guarantees — and what we refuse to sell at any grade.

Every unit passes these 14 checks

Same checklist, every machine, regardless of grade. The result is published on the product page before you buy — if something fails, the unit doesn’t get listed.

  • Activation Lock removed & factory reset
  • Serial verified against Apple coverage records
  • Not reported lost or stolen
  • Battery health above 80%
  • Display — dead pixels, burn-in, uniformity
  • All keyboard keys & backlight
  • Trackpad click and multi-touch gestures
  • Speakers, microphones & headphone jack
  • Camera and Touch ID sensor
  • All ports, MagSafe & charging
  • Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity
  • Thermal & fan stress test under load
  • Hinge tension and chassis integrity
  • Deep clean & fresh macOS installation

What we won’t sell

A cheap listing that turns into your problem isn’t a bargain. These never make it to the shop floor at any price.

  • Anything still locked to an Apple ID or Find My
  • Units reported lost or stolen
  • Batteries below 80% — we replace them first
  • Screens with burn-in or dead pixels in the viewing area
  • Machines with a bent chassis or a failed logic board
  • Water-damaged units, even if they currently power on

If we get it wrong

If a unit arrives worse than its grade describes, send it back within 14 days for a full refund — we pay the return shipping. That’s the whole point of publishing a standard.

See how it looks in practice

Every listing shows its grade, its battery health, and photographs of that exact machine.
