Are these machines actually tested, or just wiped and resold?

Every machine passes a 14-point inspection before it is listed — battery, display, keyboard, trackpad, speakers, camera, every port, Wi-Fi, and a thermal stress test under load. The result is published on the listing. If a machine fails any point, we repair it or strip it for parts; it never gets listed.

What do the condition grades mean?

Accepted Answer

Four tiers. Premium is indistinguishable from new. Excellent is flawless at arm's length. Good has light scuffs on the lid or base. Fair has visible scratches or a small dent. Each grade also guarantees a minimum battery health, and every listing shows photographs of that exact machine.

Is the battery going to be worn out?

Accepted Answer

We never list a machine below 80% battery health, and we publish the exact percentage and charge cycle count on every listing so you can judge before you buy. If the battery drops below 80% within your 12-month warranty, we replace it free of charge.

Question 4

Are the photos of the actual machine I'll receive?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every used MacBook is one of a kind, so a stock photo would be meaningless. The gallery on each listing shows that specific unit, including close-ups of any marks we've described in the condition notes.

Could the Mac be stolen or locked to someone's Apple ID?

Accepted Answer

No. We verify every serial against Apple's coverage records, confirm it isn't reported lost or stolen, and check Activation Lock is removed before the machine is listed. Every unit is factory reset with a clean macOS install.

How long does delivery take, and what does it cost?

Accepted Answer

Free over AED 500, otherwise AED 25. Dubai, Sharjah and Abu Dhabi are usually 1–2 working days; the northern emirates 2–3. Orders placed before 2pm normally ship the same day, and you get a tracking number by SMS and email.

Can I pay cash on delivery?

Yes, anywhere in the UAE for a AED 15 handling fee. You're welcome to open the box and check the machine matches its listing before you pay — that's rather the point. Please have the exact amount ready, as couriers don't carry change for large notes.

Do the prices include VAT?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every price shown includes 5% VAT, so the number on the listing is the number you pay. The VAT amount is broken out separately at checkout if you need it for your records.

What if I don't like it?

Accepted Answer

Send it back within 14 days for a full refund, for any reason or none. We arrange free collection anywhere in the UAE. Just sign out of iCloud first — we can't process a return on a machine still linked to your Apple ID.

What does the warranty actually cover?

Twelve months on parts and labour for MacBooks, handled here in the UAE rather than shipped abroad. It covers logic board, display, keyboard, trackpad, ports and battery. It excludes accidental damage, liquid damage, and cosmetic marks that were disclosed when you bought it.
