• Order details — your name, delivery address, email and mobile number.
• Payment status. Card numbers go straight to our payment provider; they never reach our servers.
• Trade-in and repair enquiries — the answers you give and any photos you attach.
• Basic analytics about which pages get visited, so we know what to stock.

The contents of your bag are stored in your own browser, not on our servers, and never leave your device until you check out.

To fulfil your order, to honour a warranty claim years later, to answer questions about a past purchase, and to meet the record-keeping the law requires of a UAE business.

• Our courier — name, address and phone number, to deliver the order.
• Our payment provider, to take payment and process any refund.
• Our email provider, to send order confirmations and updates.

That is the whole list. We do not sell your data, rent it, or share it with advertisers.

Every machine that arrives — a return, a repair, or a trade-in — is securely erased during intake. We do not browse, copy or retain what was on it. Back up anything you care about first, because after the erase it is gone for good.

Order records for as long as the warranty runs plus the retention period UAE law requires. Enquiries that never became orders are cleared after twelve months.

Ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We will act on the request within 30 days — except for records we are legally required to keep, and we will tell you if that applies.

We use the minimum needed to keep the site working — remembering your appearance preference and the contents of your bag, both stored in your browser. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.
