NAJ COMPUTER TRADING LLC is an independent reseller of used and refurbished Apple hardware, operating in the United Arab Emirates. We are not affiliated with, authorised by, or endorsed by Apple Inc. Apple, Mac, MacBook, MacBook Air and MacBook Pro are trademarks of Apple Inc.

Unless a listing says otherwise, every Mac we sell is pre-owned. Each one is described by a published condition grade, a battery health figure, a cycle count and photographs of that specific machine.

Cosmetic marks disclosed on a listing are part of what you are buying and are not defects. Anything not disclosed is covered by our returns policy.

Almost every Mac we list is a single unique unit. Adding one to your bag does not reserve it; stock is held only once checkout begins, and for a limited time. If two orders reach us for the same machine, the completed payment takes it and the other is refunded in full.

We may decline or cancel an order — for example where a listing carried a clear pricing error, or where we cannot verify the delivery details. You are refunded in full when that happens.

• All prices are in UAE dirhams and include 5% VAT.
• Card payments are processed by our payment provider; we never see or store your card details.
• Cash on delivery carries a AED 15 handling fee and must be paid in full to the courier.
• Title in the goods passes to you once payment has cleared in full.

Back up anything you care about before sending a machine to us, whether for a return, a repair or a trade-in. Every machine that reaches us is securely erased as part of intake. We cannot recover data from an erased device, and we are not liable for data you did not back up.

Our responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect losses — lost work, lost income, or the cost of a replacement machine while yours is being repaired.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and nothing here reduces your rights under UAE consumer protection law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the UAE courts have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
