Every used or refurbished MacBook comes with 12 months of cover on parts and labour from the day it’s delivered.

• Logic board, display, keyboard, trackpad, speakers and ports
• Battery, if it drops below 80% health within the warranty period
• Anything that stops working which isn't listed as excluded below
• Accessories are covered for 6 months, spare parts for 3 months

• Accidental damage — drops, crushed screens, bent chassis
• Liquid damage of any kind
• Cosmetic marks that were disclosed on the listing when you bought it
• Damage from a repair carried out by someone else after purchase
• Software problems, macOS itself, and third-party apps

Message us on WhatsApp with your order number and a short description — a photo or video of the fault helps. We arrange free collection anywhere in the UAE.

Most repairs are done within 3–5 working days. If we can’t fix it, we replace it with an equivalent machine. If we can’t replace it, you get a full refund. There is no fourth option where you’re left with a broken Mac.

We never list a machine below 80% battery health, and we publish the exact figure and cycle count on every listing. If the battery falls below 80% within your 12 months, we replace it free.

Normal wear above that threshold isn’t a fault — a battery at 84% after a year of use is behaving as designed.

The warranty follows the machine, not the buyer. If you sell it on, the remaining cover goes with it — just have the new owner quote the original order number. That’s the whole point of keeping a good machine in use.
