Available anywhere in the UAE for a AED 15 handling fee. Please have the exact amount ready — couriers don’t carry change for large notes, and a MacBook is a large note.

You may open the box and check the machine matches its listing before you pay. That’s the point of COD, and we’d rather you looked.

You have 14 days from delivery to change your mind, for any reason or none. The machine needs to come back in the condition it arrived, with everything that was in the box.

Message us and we arrange free collection. Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–7 working days of the machine reaching us and passing a quick check.

We publish a grade and photograph the actual unit precisely so this doesn’t happen. If it does, we pay the return shipping and refund you in full — that’s what publishing a grading standard is for.
